In this brand video I was responsible for:

Lead & managed 3 artists to complete the project, from pre-production to all necessary 3D production, & post VFX production
Art directed, designed & supervised on the final look of the entire production
Worked on storyboard, 2D animatic, camera layout in Maya, pre-viz, 3D animation & rendering
Reviewed dailies for quality assuarance, ran notes & feedback between creative director & artists
Direct artists to improve production quality
Worked directly with creative director & project manager
Communicated with the team through accurate visual guidance, concepts, styeframes, notes & references
Schedule management & labor distribution based on artists' strength & availability
